Windows 7 Launch's event in Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Perak Campus

        In tend to introduce and educate the latest windows to all the Utarians, Computer Society UTAR in Perak campus will be organizes a Windows 7 launching event called “ Your Dream OS – 7” in UTAR Perak campus.

        Windows 7 is the easiest, fastest, and most engaging version of Windows yet. Better ways to find and manage files, such as Jump Lists and improved taskbar previews, help you speed through everyday tasks. Faster and more reliable performance means your PC just works the way you want it to. And great features like HomeGroup and Windows Touch make new things possible. Get to know Windows 7, and see how it can simplify just about everything you do with your PC.

        Before the event begins, an opening ceremony will be conducted. A fantastic dance performance will be performing by a group of Public relations students during the open ceremony. Besides that, in our pleasure, consultants from Microsoft Malaysia are invited to giving an educational talk about the features and functions of Windows 7 to all the UTARIANs during the event.

        MSDN Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) is a Microsoft program available to academic organizations, mainly colleges and universities such as Microsoft Windows, Visual Studio and other products. A counter of free registration MSDN AA accounts will be set up during the whole event. Those students who attend the educational talk are qualified to register an account.

        A part of that, a mini pc fair which sponsor by SNS Network (M) SDN BHD will be organized after the educational talk. Pc hardware and notebook accessories will be selling at special price to all the students. Students can walk in to the heritage hall to get further information during that day.

        Not be forgotten, there will also having a technical service booth at the hall to help students identify and solve the problem which their face about their computer. Committees who are on duty will try their best to answer all the questions about hardware and software. A windows 7 booth will also be there for the audience to ask about more details of window 7.

        In addition, Your Dream OS - 7 will be conducted. In tend to introduce the feature and function of Windows 7 and to educate staff and student some basic computer knowledge, it is exclusive for UTAR Kampar students which is organized by Computer society with co-sponsor by Microsoft and support from SNS Network (M) SDN BHD, Guidance View IT Training Centre and Cubinet interactive SDN BHD.
