my hostel de line giv my housemate to open p2pover to limit the bandwidth and then he also open another software to stop us to open thunder xunlei to download ......beside , he also open software to correct out download and upload data.....
in here....im try asking who hav any idea to stop to let he correct data???and to stop da p2pover and avoid da thunder xunlei cant be download...

at 1st....v dl at midnite time untill early morning as agree by whole housemate..bt juz of them suka suka wan play on9game at midnite den start to limit us to dl at midnite...den v change to dl at noon time as they are not home bt once they home , on9 game again and limit bandwidth..... wat shold v do...they r king meh....v also paid wat..

haha. Should find a house leader or meeting stated the rules. Else end up with argue only.

There many way actually. Changing your IP address frequently may help you.
Anyway, try limit yourself to us lots p2p downloading as... I really eat lots bandwidth until your entire house kenot online also.
