Samsung TouchWiz is not as good as HTC sense but each manufacturer will have their own design. Depend on user whether they like it or not.

after see the video on the UI of galaxy S, the UI damn smooth and also. The super AMOLED screen very good.

Obviously it's better than iPhone. iPhone only good for it's apps store. In term of specs, Galaxy S win over iPhone for sure.
