I think in the future, all gc will eliminate vga port. dvi maybe still can use but more focus on hdmi
not only HDMI and more focus on Display Ports

display port firstly use by Apple bcoz apple laptop some did not come with VGA port and DVI port due to the big size of the port. then apple replace with display port.

haha...If u study electronic engineering may be u will know.
But as a consumer, no need to care about it, because we are the people who use it. As long as it can be used then OK
